Volunteer Appreciation - April 24, 2008 : "Open Hearts, Open Doors" was the theme for our annual Volunteer Appreciation. April 24th marked the 10th anniversary of the doors opening at the Sacramento Ronald McDonald House. Holiday Party / Open House - December 1, 2007 : Each year we celebrate the holidays with an Open House and Holiday Party. The Holiday Party is an opportunity for families to bring their children back to see where Mom and Dad stayed while they were in the hospital or to visit warm memories. In conjunction, the Napa Solano Harley Owner's Group highlights the event with a toy run. These toys are passed out to our children all year around. The California National Guard assists with the set up of the event and provides hot dogs for hungry guests. Carnival - October 26, 2007 : The 2007 Ronald McDonald House Carnival enchanted all who attended and volunteered. The special visit of the Star Wars Rogue Force featured R2D2 and light saber displays. Volunteers provided games, music, cotton candy, a bounce house, arts and crafts, tatoos, and more to create a wonderful evening for children of all ages. Carnival - October 26, 2007

Boston Market Dinner - July 2, 2007 : On July 2nd, volunteers from Boston Market came together to cook and serve a wonderful chicken dinner to guests staying at the House.
